Caribaru sits off the coast near Santa Marta, offering a straightforward dive for most certification levels. We’ve found decent hard coral formations here, with occasional sightings of snapper and grunts schooling in the shallows. It’s a reliable spot when you’re looking for an easy afternoon dive, particularly good for newer divers building confidence. Visibility averages around 10-15 meters, typical for the area.
