Isla Pavitos offers a straightforward reef dive, good for getting your fins wet in Santa Marta. We’ve found decent patches of hard corals here, with the usual suspects like parrotfish and snappers hanging around. It’s generally calm, making it a good spot for newer divers or for a relaxed second dive. Don't expect dramatic drop-offs, but it's a solid, easy dive.
