Gili Mimpang - Bali

Gili Mimpang gives you a proper drift dive, often with a good push. We’ve found the currents here can range from pleasant to quite strong, so it’s one for those comfortable moving with the water. You’ll see plenty of the usual suspects like Yellowstripe Monocle Bream and Pinstripe Cardinalfish zipping by. Keep an eye out for the Blue-spotted Stingrays resting on the sandy patches. Head south for about five minutes and you’ll reach the coral restoration projects, an interesting diversion. It’s a good choice if you enjoy covering ground and don’t mind a bit of a ride.
