SWAKARYA - Bali

Swakarya is a motor vessel resting at 20 meters, a site often overlooked for Bali’s more famous wrecks. We find it a fascinating, if a little melancholy, dive. The vessel, struck by another ship with steering trouble back in '94, now serves as an artificial reef. You'll find it well-colonized, with schooling fusiliers often circling the stern, and a good chance of spotting moray eels tucked into crevices. It’s an accessible wreck dive, suited to Open Water divers comfortable with depth, offering plenty to explore without being overly complex.
