Sea Explorers - Dauin - Dumaguete
The team at Sea Explorers – Dauin are a seriously well-oiled machine, exactly what you want when you’re diving somewhere new. We’ve always appreciated their commitment to proper service; they’re definitely one of our favourite operations in the Philippines. This is a PADI 5-Star IDC centre, so if you’re thinking about going pro, or just want to knock out a specialty, these guys run a tight ship. They’re right on the beach, which means easy access for shore dives, and their boats are comfortable for day trips out to Apo Island, which we’d recommend for at least two days if you can swing it. Their house reef is a muck diving dreamscape – we’ve spent hours there just drifting along, spotting hairy frogfish tucked into sponges, or watching robust ghost pipefish swaying with the current. It’s the kind of place where even on an 'average' dive, you’re still seeing something incredible. If you're looking for slick, professional diving with a friendly, efficient crew, Sea Explorers – Dauin delivers.
