Silent Divers - Gulf of Thailand
The team at Silent Divers are our go-to for diving in the Gulf of Thailand, especially if you’re serious about furthering your PADI journey. We love that they’re a 5-Star IDC centre, which tells you a lot about their commitment to professional, high-standard training. If you’re thinking about going pro, or just want to learn from instructors who really know their stuff, this is the place. They’re based on Koh Samui, which means access to some of the Gulf’s best sites. We've had some cracking dives with them out at Sail Rock – keep an eye out for the schooling barracuda and the occasional whale shark cruising through the deeper water. The currents there can be a bit lively sometimes, so it’s good to go with guides who know the site intimately. Our favourite is the early morning trip; less boat traffic, and the light filtering through the water as the sun rises is just beautiful. They run comfortable boats, and the dive briefings are always thorough without being dull. A solid choice for divers who appreciate a well-run operation and expert guidance.
