Yena Extension - Sydney & New South Wales

The Yena Extension, off the New South Wales coast, offers a straightforward dive, often a drift depending on the prevailing current. You'll generally find the bottom here a mix of sand and scattered reef patches, home to a decent collection of temperate fish. It's a solid choice for a second dive or for newer divers looking for a less challenging drift. We usually spot wobbegongs tucked under ledges and plenty of schooling yellowtail scad.
