Ring of fire - Kadavu & Great Astrolabe Reef

Ring of Fire is a great spot to ease into Kadavu's underwater world, particularly if you're relatively new to diving. It’s a shallow site, topping out at 15 meters, which makes for extended bottom times and plenty of light penetrating the coral. We've seen an abundance of reef fish here – parrotfish munching on the coral, anemonefish darting amongst their tentacles, and often a few inquisitive reef sharks cruising by at a respectful distance. The currents are generally mild, letting you really take your time observing the activity in the coral.
