Octopus Diving Center - Kas & Kekova
The team at Octopus Diving Center really gets what makes diving in Kas special. We’ve spent enough time on those boats, watching the morning light hit the Lycian tombs, to know the difference a good crew makes. They run a tight ship, but it’s always relaxed, which we love. You'll find them particularly good for anyone wanting to get their PADI certification without feeling rushed or like another number. Their main boat is comfortable, with plenty of space to set up your kit without elbowing anyone. We’d suggest getting there a little early to snag a spot on the sun deck for the ride out. They really shine on their Kekova trips, hitting sites like the Canyon, where the light plays off the ancient walls underwater, or navigating the ruins at the Sunken City. Visibility around Kas is usually fantastic, often pushing 30 metres, and seeing those amphoras scattered on the seabed with that clarity is something else. Our favourite part? The post-dive tea and biscuits; a simple touch, but it’s the little things that stick with you after a day in the water.
