Star Diving Academy - Kas & Kekova
The team at Star Diving Academy in Kas are just a joy to dive with. We’ve found them to be genuinely passionate about showing off the local sites, and that makes a huge difference. They operate a comfortable boat, not too crowded, which we really appreciate on a day out. We especially love their focus on the Kekova region. It’s a bit further out, so some operators skip it, but the ancient city ruins scattered amongst the seagrass beds there, a sunken Hellenistic wreck, and the chance to spot loggerhead turtles make the extra travel time absolutely worth it. If you’re a newer diver, or just prefer a relaxed pace, these guys are brilliant. They’re super patient, especially when dealing with nervous first-timers. We’d suggest booking ahead, particularly in summer, as they do fill up quickly, and try to request a Kekova trip specifically. You won't regret that boat ride through the sheltered bay.
