SEA PRINCE - Cornwall & Devon
The Sea Prince, a tug that went down in 1957, sits upright in about 10 meters of water, making it a great target for newer wreck divers or anyone looking for a relaxed bimble. We often find the visibility here can be a bit variable, but on a good day, you get a decent outline of the old girl. It’s pretty broken up now, but you can still make out the superstructure and parts of the engine room. Look closely and you’ll spot dogfish tucked into crevices and plenty of wrasse darting around the kelp that’s taken hold. It’s a gentle introduction to wreck diving, perfect for knocking off some rust or just enjoying a quiet afternoon dive.
