RELY - Scottish East Coast & Borders

The Rely, a trawler sunk back in 1924, sits upright at 20 meters, making it a good target for those wanting a solid wreck dive without extreme depth. We often find the visibility here can be a bit of a lottery, typical for the East Coast, but on a good day, the stern is particularly engaging with its propeller still in place. Look for the resident wrasse darting in and out of the rusted plating, and we've sometimes seen conger eels tucked away in the darker corners. It's a proper trawler wreck, not huge, but with enough character for a relaxed rummage, especially for divers who appreciate the history beneath the waves.
