Aqaba Adventure Divers - Aqaba Marine Park
The team at Aqaba Adventure Divers really know the local sites, and that makes all the difference here. We think they’re especially good for anyone looking to make serious progress with their PADI certifications, all the way up to instructor level. They’ve got a relaxed setup that lets you focus on your diving without a lot of fuss. Choose them if you want solid instruction and a personal touch with your guides. We’ve always appreciated their straightforward approach to diving the Aqaba Marine Park. They’re right there, so getting to sites like the Cedar Pride wreck or the Japanese Garden is easy. Our favourite way to start the day with them is an early boat dive to beat the crowds, especially on the wreck. You get to see the sun filtering through the water, lighting up the schools of fusiliers that hang around the mast, and it feels much more private. They’re good at matching groups, too, so you don’t feel rushed if you’re into photography, or held back if you want a faster dive. If you’re visiting in the shoulder seasons, like late spring or early autumn, the water’s still warm, and the visibility can be absolutely glorious, often stretching past 25 metres. They’re clued into those subtle seasonal shifts.
