Coral Faru - South Malé Atoll

Coral Faru in South Malé is a solid reef dive, one we often swing by when we’re in the area. It’s not going to blow your mind with pelagics, but for a good, relaxed poke around a healthy reef, it delivers. We’ve seen plenty of smaller crabs, like *Leptodius sanguineus* and *Leptodius gracilis*, scuttling among the corals, which include some nice patches of *Galaxea* and *Wrinkle coral*. It’s a great spot for newer divers or anyone looking for a chilled-out second dive of the day, with plenty of macro life if you take your time.
