Farukolhu Kandu - South Malé Atoll

Farukolhu Kandu in South Malé is a solid drift dive, a good spot if you’re newer to the Maldives current game. It’s pretty straightforward, a nice gentle ride along the reef edge at around 25m. We’ve seen whitetip reef sharks cruising through on occasion, and the usual suspects like snappers and fusiliers are always around. It's a comfortable introduction to Maldivian channel diving, letting you get a feel for the flow without feeling like you're on a rocket ship.
