Gaa Huraa Kandu / Van Huraveli Kandu - South Malé Atoll

Gaa Huraa Kandu is a gentle drift, a good entry point for experiencing a Maldivian channel dive without the usual strong currents. We like it for shaking off the rust or getting new divers comfortable with moving water. You'll glide past the channel edge, often spotting white tip reef sharks patrolling, with schooling fusiliers and snapper hanging around the reef top. It’s a pretty easy ride down to about 30 metres, a solid pick for a relaxed afternoon dive.
