Kashaavaru Kandu (Golden Wall) - South Malé Atoll

Kashaavaru Kandu, often called the Golden Wall, gives you a gentle drift along a reef face that starts shallow and slopes down to around 29 metres. The wall itself is covered in a dense growth of yellow soft corals, hence the name. It’s a comfortable dive, good for beginners looking for an easy current and a colourful backdrop. You’ll spot the usual reef fish tucked into the overhangs and maybe a turtle cruising by.
