Pisces Diving Charter-Sodwana Bay - Sodwana Bay
The team at Pisces Diving Charter-Sodwana Bay are exactly the kind of people you want running your dive trip. They’re PADI 5-star, sure, but it’s their genuine, laid-back energy that we love. They specialise in small group diving, which in Sodwana is a real bonus when you’re navigating the sometimes busy launch. We’ve found they really take the time to chat about what you’re hoping to see and match you with a dive leader who knows the reefs like their own backyard. They’re especially good for anyone looking to slow down and really observe. Think long bottom times, not just hitting every known spot. Our favourite memory from diving with them was a dive on Two-Mile Reef, spending a good 45 minutes just watching a massive loggerhead turtle cleaning itself at a station. No rush, no fuss. If you’re into underwater photography or just prefer a less crowded experience, they’re a solid pick. They’re also one of the few places we’ve seen consistently offer early morning launches, beating the crowds and often catching those glassy conditions before the wind picks up. Remember to pack a warm change of clothes for after the dive, those early starts can be a bit chilly on the boat ride back.
