EDO - West Coast (Gothenburg)

The EDO, a fishing vessel that went down in 1949, sits upright at 40 meters just off the West Coast. We consider her a solid dive for anyone comfortable with deeper wreck exploration in low visibility. The ship herself is surprisingly intact, considering the years, with her stern still presenting a good profile and the bow area more broken up. You’ll find cod and Pollock often hanging out in the darker parts of the wheelhouse or tucked into the cargo hold, and we've seen some impressive conger eels making their homes in the deeper sections. It’s a dive that rewards careful navigation and a keen eye, especially when the light levels drop.
