NAVIGATOR - West Coast (Gothenburg)

Navigator is an old steamship that found its resting place just off Sweden's West Coast, a proper favourite of ours for a historical dive. She sits upright, pretty much intact, with the bow pointing towards the coast. You can see the mast still standing proud, stretching up towards the surface, and it’s a great spot to descend down the line. We love how the hull is starting to collapse in places, creating these brilliant little swim-throughs and overhangs for fish to hide. Keep an eye out for cod and pollock darting between the metal plates, and sometimes you'll even spot a cheeky harbour seal zipping past. The visibility here can be a bit variable, especially after a good storm, so we’d suggest checking the local conditions before you head out. Best dived on a calm day, the Navigator is a solid choice for advanced open water divers who appreciate a wreck with a story.
