    StandoutExceptional marine biodiversity

The AMY, a sailing vessel that found its final resting place in 1928, sits upright at 46 meters off the Cornwall coast. We’ve found her to be a compelling dive, especially if you appreciate a bit of history. She was sunk, believe it or not, for the production of a film about 'Q-ships', so there's a unique story here beyond just a maritime accident. The wooden hull is largely gone, but the ribs, keel, and scattered debris field offer plenty to poke around in. Expect to see plenty of squat lobsters tucked into crevices and a surprising number of wrasse darting between the frames. It’s a good one for experienced divers comfortable with deeper wrecks and a bit of silty bottom. Visibility can be a typical Cornish mixed bag, so pick your weather window.
