DULCE T - Cornwall & Devon

The Dulce T is one of those wrecks we keep coming back to, not for its size, but for its sheer accessibility and the life it now holds. At a consistent 6 metres, this 11-metre fishing vessel, sunk in 2014, is perfect for longer dives, even for those still building their confidence. You'll find it fairly intact, lying on its starboard side, an inviting playground of twisted metal and open spaces. We love finning slowly around the wheelhouse, peering into the shadows where conger eels often lurk, thick as a diver's thigh. The holds are now home to feathery jewel anemones in oranges and purples, and you'll often spot wrasse darting between the frames. Our favourite part is the bow, where the anchor chain still drapes, a perfect perch for spider crabs. Visibility can be hit or miss in Cornwall, but on a calm day with a rising tide, the Dulce T truly shines. It's a proper little wreck dive, giving you that satisfying sense of exploration without the depth anxiety.
