Viewpoint Diving Centre - Cornwall & Devon

Viewpoint Diving Centre, over in Cornwall, is one of those spots we find ourselves coming back to, especially when the weather is behaving. It's not a deep dive, making it ideal for those shaking off the rust or refining their buoyancy. We love dropping in here on a calm morning; the visibility can really surprise you, reaching 10-15 metres on a good day, enough to properly appreciate the rock formations. Keep your eyes peeled for conger eels tucked into the crevices; some of them are huge. We’ve also had brilliant encounters with dogfish resting on the sandy patches, and the light-bulb sea squirts are always a treat, glowing gently. If you take your time, you’ll spot pipefish swaying in the kelp and plenty of colourful anemones clinging to the rocks. It’s a gentle exploration, perfect for photographers or anyone wanting a relaxed dive without strong currents.
