Shuna Wreck - Scottish West Coast

The Shuna Wreck, tucked away on Scotland's west coast, isn't one of those wrecks that jumps out at you with dramatic structure, but we find it has a quiet charm. It’s a good-sized cargo vessel that went down in the late 1930s and now lies broken into several sections, spread across a relatively shallow seabed. We’ve spent many dives picking through the scattered debris, finding plenty of crab and lobster tucked into the nooks, along with the occasional inquisitive conger eel peering out. The visibility can be hit-or-miss, as you’d expect here, but on a good day, it’s a very pleasant dive for those who enjoy exploring history and spotting the smaller residents.
