Wreck of La Naide - Scottish West Coast

Diving the La Naide is a proper Scottish experience, not for the faint of heart, but incredibly rewarding if you’re up for it. This isn't your everyday tropical wreck; it’s moody, mysterious, and absolutely brilliant. We’ve found her lying broken on the seabed, her hull split and scattered, which means there are plenty of interesting sections to poke around in. You'll often find conger eels peering out from gaps, and big ballan wrasse patrol the superstructure. The visibility can swing wildly, but when it’s good, the light filtering down through the kelp makes for some dramatic scenes. It’s definitely a dive for experienced cold-water wreck enthusiasts who appreciate a bit of history and a real sense of adventure. We love seeing how nature reclaims these old vessels, turning them into living reefs even in the chillier waters of the West Coast.
