SAUMUR - Costa Brava

The Saumur is a proper deep dive, a 98-meter steamship that went down in 1944. She lies upright, and while the superstructure is largely collapsed, the bow and stern sections still hold their shape, giving you plenty to poke around. You'll find scorpionfish tucked into crevices and conger eels peering from the darker corners. Given the depth, it’s a site for experienced divers comfortable with decompression stops, but the sheer size of the wreck makes it a rewarding dive if you know your limits.
