Riksapplet Wreck - Baltic Coast

Dropping down onto the Riksäpplet feels like stepping back in time, a true ghost from the 17th century. The cold, dark Baltic has done an incredible job of preserving this warship, keeping its timbers remarkably intact at depths of 20 to 35 metres. We’re talking about an advanced dive here, with currents that can pick up and the low visibility common in these waters, but the reward is immense. You can trace the lines of the hull, almost envisioning its original form, with bull rout peering out from nooks and bladder wrack swaying gently in the dim light. It’s a powerful experience, best suited for divers who appreciate history and don't mind a bit of a challenge for a unique glimpse into the past.
