London School of Diving - Cornwall & Devon

London School of Diving, or LSD as we affectionately call them, are a bit of a staple down in Cornwall and Devon. They’re PADI 5 Star Career Development Centre, which means if you’re looking to go pro, or just really get serious about your diving, these are your people. We’ve always found their instructors have this knack for making complex skills feel simple, whether you’re taking your first fin strokes or fine-tuning your Tec skills. What we really appreciate about LSD is their commitment to local diving. They know the wrecks and reefs around Plymouth and the Lizard like the back of their hand. We’ve had some cracking dives with them exploring the Eddystone reef, watching massive schools of pollock shimmer through the kelp forests. If you’re visiting the area, we’d suggest calling ahead to see what their boat schedule looks like; they often run trips to some lesser-dived sites further out, which are always our favourite. Just be prepared for proper British conditions – sometimes a bit chilly, often a bit green, but always rewarding.
