LADY KAY M - Tobago

The Lady Kay M, sitting upright in a shallow 10 metres, is one of those wrecks we keep coming back to. It’s a small motor vessel, but it’s packed with character. We love how accessible it is, perfect for an extended bottom time, making it our pick for multiple dives. You can easily explore the full length of the deck and peer into the open holds where schooling grunt and snapper often hang out. The bow section, in particular, is a real beauty, encrusted with sponge and hard coral. Look closely and you’ll spot tiny arrow crabs scuttling between the growths, and we’ve often seen moray eels peeking from beneath plates of coral. It’s also an ideal spot for macro photography when the current is mild, showcasing the way nature slowly reclaims what was once man-made. The visibility here can vary, but even on an average day, the wreck stands out clearly against the sand, drawing you in.
