Vadinoloo Kandu - Vaavu Atoll

Vadinoloo Kandu is a solid drift dive in Vaavu Atoll, the kind of place you drop in and just let the water do the work. The channel offers a good chance to see grey reef sharks cruising along the edge, sometimes in decent numbers, particularly if you hit it during an incoming current. We often see schooling snapper here too, just hanging in the blue. It’s an intermediate dive, so comfortable divers who like a bit of current will enjoy the ride down to the 28-meter mark. Not a bad way to spend an afternoon.
