RYOLL OF STOKTON - Scottish East Coast & Borders

The Ryoll of Stokton isn't a dive site in the traditional sense. It's a dangerous wreck, mostly exposed at low tide, making it more of an archaeological curiosity than a place for buoyancy control. You’ll find the remains of a wooden fishing vessel here, probably just a few timbers protruding from the sand, attracting a few crabs and sea snails. It's really only for the most dedicated wreck enthusiasts who want to tick off every piece of maritime history, or perhaps snorkelers when conditions are perfectly calm.
