SARGASSO (POSSIBLY) - Scottish East Coast & Borders

The Sargasso wreck, lying at a modest 14 meters, offers a relaxed dive with a surprising amount of character for a Scottish wreck. We found the two large boilers quite prominent, still upright, which is always a good sign. It’s a great spot to practice wreck penetration, with plenty of small swim-throughs formed by the twisted metal without feeling overly confined. Look for the resident wrasse and pollock darting between the plates, and don't forget your torch – the nooks and crannies hold some decent crab and lobster. It’s a good choice for newer wreck divers or those looking for a chilled-out dive without fighting a current.
