SIOUX - Scottish East Coast & Borders

The Sioux, a fishing vessel that went down in '94, sits upright on the seabed at 48 metres. She’s not a huge wreck, just over ten metres long, but she’s intact and makes for a really engaging dive. We’ve found her often covered in hydroids and anemones, with plenty of crabs tucked into any crevice you can peer into. It's a deep dive, so it suits those comfortable with depth and perhaps looking for something a bit more intimate than the larger, broken-up trawlers sometimes found in these waters. Good buoyancy is key to really appreciate her lines.
