Wreck of Unnamed Shipwreck - Canmore 314214 - Scottish East Coast & Borders

The unnamed shipwreck, often just called Canmore 314214, is a proper dive into history off the Scottish East Coast. We love how it feels like you're exploring a forgotten time capsule, with its structure still largely intact despite the years. Visibility here can be hit-or-miss, typical for the region, but when it's good, you can make out the ship’s ribs and deck plating quite clearly. Our favourite part is nosing around the cargo holds, which are now home to lobsters and crabs. You’ll often spot massive conger eels peering out from beneath collapsed sections, their thick bodies blending into the rusted metal. It’s a dive for those who appreciate the quiet mystery of a wreck, preferring atmosphere over flashy corals. Bring a good torch and be prepared for cooler water; the real reward is in the details you uncover as you go.
