The U 36 sits deep in Scapa Flow, a stern monument to its wartime fate. Dropping to 58 meters, this U-boat offers a challenging dive, best suited for experienced technical divers. We found the wreck largely intact, resting on its starboard side, with much of the conning tower still discernible. Exploring the deck, you'll spot plenty of plumose anemones and various wrasse darting between the metal plates. It's a sombre, atmospheric dive, very much a piece of history preserved by the cold, dark waters.
